Dualismo Chenin Blanc
Description
Dualismo is a small project created by Mari Cruz Antolín and French winemaker Jérôme Litre-Froment.
Their philosophy is to craft low-intervention wines that are fresh, fruit-driven, and easy to drink, while maintaining elegance and complexity.
This wine carries a remarkable story. Jérôme, a musician, learned how to make wine in Mendoza. Between 2017 and 2020, he took part in several harvests before launching his own winery project in France in 2020. Following its success, he fulfilled his dream of making wine in Argentina by joining forces with Mari Cruz to create Dualismo—a reflection of the duality between French savoir-faire and the Argentine terroir.
This Chenin Blanc comes from Villa Seca, Tupungato. It is fermented with its lees in French oak barrels and aged on the lees for nine months.
Production: Only 1,000 bottles.
