100% Cabernet Franc from Paraje Altamira
Lila is a project founded by Federico Groisman. Its name comes from the Huarpe language and means “harvest time.”For Federico, the harvest is the most important moment in creating a truly unique wine. The wines are produced from estate-owned vineyards in Paraje Altamira.
Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months in first-, second-, and third-use French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Bright and deeply colored, this Cabernet Franc offers aromas of ripe red fruits, especially plums, complemented by notes of chocolate and subtle smokiness from oak aging. On the palate, it has a well-defined, balanced, and elegant entry, with excellent structure and persistence.
Food Pairing: Recommended with Argentine barbecue, locro, and rich pasta dishes.
