Tutu pays tribute to Miles Davis’ iconic 1986 album, which itself honors the legendary peace activist and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Desmond Tutu, who dedicated his life to defending minority rights.
The wine aims to express peace through delicacy and transparency, much like Miles and Desmond. It reflects its origin, showcasing the aromas and textures of the vineyard without unnecessary additions or intervention.
The name Calcareo Mix refers to the calcareous, stone-rich soils found in both vineyard sites. The wine is fermented and aged in concrete eggs, with no oak barrel aging.
