Lilith, according to ancient biblical writings, was the first woman on Earth. She was not created from Adam’s rib, but from the same dust as Adam. She demanded equality, and when it was denied, she refused to remain confined to Eden and chose exile instead. Her name is Lilith—the first independent woman, whose freedom was later demonized throughout history.
She is the inspiration behind the strength of this Altamira Malbec, embodying its character, rebellion, and conviction.
Tasting Notes: Fresh and persistent on the palate, with a refined yet present structure, ultra-fine tannins, and a beautiful balance between power and delicacy. Recommended with rich pasta dishes, red meats, or traditional wood-fired suckling pig.
